Monitoring

Movement of cracks with fixed points

This detection system is adopted when evolving movements must be measured over time. In particular, when constant surveys are not required to identify the exact time at which changes occur.

Movement of cracks with in-line multichannel system

The purpose of the monitoring is the constant control of the progress of cracks over time. Torque (supporting posts), vibration, relative displacement, absolute vertical movement, force, water table level, ambient temperature and material sensors can be combined. Monitoring is intended as a preventive exercise in order to limit the belated interventions, keeping the degree of safety of the structure and continuity of service intact.

Absolute subsidence with level meter cups

The purpose for the monitoring with level meters is the constant monitoring of subsidence/movement of the foundations. Torque (supporting posts), vibration, relative displacement, crack monitoring, force, water table level, ambient temperature and material sensors can be combined. Monitoring is intended as a preventive exercise in order to limit the belated interventions, maintaining the degree of safety of the structure and continuity of service intact.

Florence

The purpose of the monitoring is to monitor, during the demolition phases of a building, any vibrational anomalies induced by demolition on the structures of the adjacent buildings and the loss of verticality of buildings adjacent to the site area.

Florence

The purpose of the monitoring is to keep under control, during ordinary daily traffic levels, the relative movements between the two shelves (abutments) and the central part of the Gerber beam, and the rotations of the shelves themselves.

VENICE - MONITORING OF CALATRAVA BRIDGE

Monitoring with 14 strain gauges, 2 potentiometers, 6 inclinometers, 4 temperature probes, 1 anemometer, 1 compass rose and 1 infrared camera. The monitoring and the hydraulic system detect the trend of the tensional and deformation state, automatically triggering an alarm in the event of instability and to compensate for the possible horizontal failure of the abutments.

Trento

Monitoring by displacement sensors to inspect: the displacement of the head of the piles in the direction of the scaffold, correct behaviour of the sliding supports and evolution of the permanent deformation of the first span.

Bolzano

Monitoring aimed at assessing the danger of cracking and relative vertical movements by means of displacement sensors and level meters.

Brunico

Experimental surveys to detect the magnitude of vibrations produced by vehicular traffic on the structures of a dwelling by Minimate.
